Yep, its another boring blog disclosure page. However, it’s important that our readers agree with how the site works. So check out the Terms of Use, and Disclaimer, along with this rather brief “Disclosure” page.
To be honest, there isn’t an awful lot we can “disclose”, apart from the pretty obvious:
- We write books under the Lean Ape brand, and so will earn some cash should you decide to buy one.
- We are members of the amazon affiliate program (and similar programs with other vendors). If we link to a product from the site, please assume it is an affiliate link (though just for a little variety, it won’t always be). That means we get a percentage of the sales price for our next cheat day blow out. The vendor won’t charge you any extra though, so why sweat it? But if you can find the goods for better value elsewhere shop around (and let us know what deals we missed out on).

We don’t write about products for the sake of it, because quite frankly you don’t need much more than motivation and knowledge to get fit and lean. The site is dedicated to producing useful information to help everyone look better naked, not get you spending a fortune on stuff you don’t need. We like to keep things very simple so you won’t see much talk about “must have” items to ensure you get lean.
Eat well, exercise the right way and you won’t need the next miracle fat burning supplement or ab targeting crunch bar anyway! That being said we do think the Lean Ape Living book is a fine investment if you want to shed the fat and get hotter today!
