The Dinner Diaries

No, I won’t be detailing exactly how to create every morsel that passes our lips (booorrrriiiinnnng!). But, I will be recording recipes for some of the new, tasty, interesting or simply favorite well-loved things that we do end up eating.

I know that when embarking on a new way of eating, the question of “what to have for dinner today” can suddenly seem quite daunting. A lifetime of habitually preparing and eating meals that are suddenly “off the menu” can make following your new low carb diet very difficult. With this in mind, here are the Lean Ape Dinner Diaries…

The idea is, that each time we prepare something new (or that we think is worth sharing) for our evening meal, it will be includeed on the site in the Recipes section.

I don’t go in for dictatorial recipes demanding you do “such and such” in exactly “x minutes”, so the recipes are more of a general guide to creating something similar to a meal we love. But, if you really want more instruction just leave a comment and I will try to be more of a school ma’am about it all! ;)

All the recipes, unless otherwise mentioned, will serve 2 with some leftovers (the very best thing to have for lunch) and should be easy to adjust to suit your own quota of hungry low carbers.
